You’re Killing Yourself

Vegans. ☮️

I know you’re thinking, “Vegans are so annoying, always talking about how they’re vegan and how much they love animals”. Yeah, well maybe you’re right but we care about animals and our health. That’s more we can say about the carnivores.

Most days, I like animals more then humans anyway so I’m not gonna eat em. There’s so many benefits to going vegan 🐱 I’ve been vegan for over 4 years and I love it. Yes, sometimes it’s hard to find food but I always find some somewhere. Restaurants, friends & family never let me starve, they always find me something to eat 😋 I love eating vegan because it’s much healthier and I don’t have to feel guilty about harming any animals. It’s both beneficial for me and them.

I’ve talked to many carnivores who claim that they love animals but yet I don’t 100% believe them. The reason why I don’t, is because if they’d really love animals, they’d stop eating them. They can’t tell me that they love all animals because they’re diet tells me otherwise. If you won’t eat your dog, then why would you eat a chicken or a cow?? Whenever I ask them this question, they all have the same response. “They’re not the same, you can’t compare the two”. I let em know that, yes they are the same, they all deserve love.

  • lower body mass index (BMI)

Medical News Today. (2018). Nutrition 2018: New Data Confirm Health Benefits of Plant-Based Diet.

There are so many benefits to eating a plant-based diet let alone just eating healthier. It makes you feel better, you have so much more energy and the list keeps going. 🏃🏼‍♀️

According to Medical News Today, “(A) Brazilian study looked at around 4,500 people and concluded that people who had a diet rich in plant-based protein were 60 percent less likely than people who had a diet rich in animal-based protein to develop a buildup of plaque in the arteries of the heart.

To read about studies like these, 👆🏼it always makes me reflect on my diet. When I can find studies that link veganism to a healthy heart, I read up on it because I was born with a heart problem. If my diet can help my heart pump better, live longer, I’ll definitely give it a try before taking medication.

I haven’t watched all these … for the simple fact that they make me so sad 😟 but I have watched some of them. I hope you all watch atleast 1 so you reflect on your own diet to see what you might be able to swap for a healthier option. There also is so many more documentaries to watch, these are only a few recommendations.

Think again before you consider eating a cheeseburger for supper tonight. Think of the harm you’re causing to all the animals.

I am simply putting my opinion out into the world 🌎 & hoping to make a difference.
