Running is a big part of my life. I absolutely love it. It works wonders for my physical health & appearance but most importantly, for my mental health.
The best part about running is wearing colourful, comfy clothes. When I run, my outfit never matches. I always have people commenting when they see me running because I’m “unmissable”. Bright pink pants, bright shirt, bright shoes & purple Camelbak.
I’m comfy & bright enough I won’t get hit so why does it matter if I match or not. Running is no fashion show, it’s all about endurance, health & a positive mind.
Running is 90% mental and 10% fitness. Honestly, I just made those numbers up but it’s pretty accurate. If you think you can, then you can but if you know you’re not gonna make it up that hill, you guessed it. You’re not gonna make it. Our brains are so powerful & whatever you feed it, is what will manifest.
Think again before you doubt yourself.

PS. Before everyone freaks out … I know Darn Tough & Smartwool aren’t vegan but they’re socks are the best socks I’ve worn so far. I haven’t found a vegan sock brand that fits like these two brands but please if you know of any, let me know!
