I want to write an appreciation post. Minimalist Baker is my go-to website for vegan/glutenfree recipes. She has amazing, delicious recipes for everyone to try & she hits every meal of the day. Even breakfast and snacks❗️
She has an email subscription that you can join so you never have to miss a new recipe again. I’m pretty sure that she either invents recipes or she may follow an old recipe but tweeks it so it becomes her own. I’ve tried many recipes from her and their all delicious. Most recipes that she has are simple, easy ingredients to find & not too time consuming.
I decided to write this post because this morning when I woke up, I was in the mood for waffles. She has the best, easiest, tasty waffle recipe there is. 😋 Trust me, its hard to find a vegan & gluten free recipe that actually tastes good so when I found Dana’s I fell in love. I want everyone to know about her and her wonderful waffle recipe. Oh, and all her other recipes, of course.
At the end of the recipe, there’s an “optional add-ins” section and chocolate chips is one of them. So, of course I add them in every time. I’ve been making this waffle recipe for a few years now and it never disappoints.
I always drink cashew milk 🥛 with it and pour pure maple syrup 🍁 on top.
